Groups and Community Support
Free Community Groups
Recovery can feel isolating at times, but you do not have to navigate it alone. Our free recovery support groups offer a welcoming, judgment-free space for individuals to connect with others who understand the challenges of healing from eating disorders and challenges with food and body.
These sessions provide an opportunity to openly discuss your experiences, celebrate victories, process setbacks, and share the realities of recovery in a supportive community setting. Participants are encouraged to talk about how things are going in their day-to-day lives, ask questions, exchange coping strategies, and learn from the experiences of others who are on similar journeys.
Groups are facilitated by a registered dietitian who can offer tidbits of professional advice and evidence-based knowledge while also ensuring conversations remain respectful, supportive, and recovery-focused. While these groups are not a substitute for individual therapy or medical care, they can serve as a valuable source of encouragement, accountability, connection, and hope.
Whether you are newly beginning your recovery journey or have been in recovery for years, you are welcome here.
