Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions (6/2026)

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services, resources, programs, and website content provided by Wildly Nourished ("Practice," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, scheduling services, participating in nutrition counseling, or utilizing any resources provided by Wildly Nourished, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services

Wildly Nourished provides outpatient nutrition counseling, nutrition education, wellness support, eating disorder recovery support, group programs, and educational classes, courses, and resources. Services are intended to support clients through evidence-based nutrition care and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency medical treatment, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care.

Nutrition recommendations are individualized and may vary based on each client's health status, goals, preferences, and healthcare needs.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information.

  • Inform the dietitian of any significant changes in health status.

  • Participate actively in treatment recommendations and discussions.

  • Maintain a safe, private environment during telehealth appointments.

  • Seek emergency medical care when appropriate

Clients understand that nutrition outcomes cannot be guaranteed and may vary among individuals.

Telehealth Services

Wildly Nourished primarily provides services through secure virtual platforms. Clients are responsible for:

  • Maintaining access to reliable internet service.

  • Participating from a private location whenever possible.

  • Providing accurate emergency contact information.

  • Ensuring they are physically located within a state where the provider is legally authorized to practice at the time of service. While secure platforms are utilized, no electronic communication system can guarantee absolute security.

Medical Emergencies

Wildly Nourished does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, psychiatric emergency, suicidal thoughts, or are at immediate risk of harming yourself or others, call 911, contact emergency services, or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Eating Disorder Treatment and Medical Monitoring

Clients receiving care for eating disorders may be required to maintain ongoing medical monitoring with a physician or other qualified healthcare provider. Wildly Nourished reserves the right to recommend a higher level of care, additional medical oversight, or referral to another treatment provider if outpatient nutrition therapy is deemed insufficient to safely support a client's needs. Failure to maintain appropriate medical monitoring may result in suspension or termination of services if safety concerns arise.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled in advance and subject to provider availability. Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to accommodate other scheduled clients. Repeated missed appointments may result in discharge from services.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances occur. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments ("no-shows"), or appointments where a client fails to attend may be subject to the full session fee. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies, severe illness, or circumstances at the discretion of the provider.

Fees and Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit card

  • Debit card

  • Health Savings Account (HSA)

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

  • Other approved payment methods

Clients are responsible for maintaining valid payment information on file when required. Outstanding balances may result in delayed scheduling of future appointments until payment is received.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are not available for online shop purchases at this time.

Insurance

At this time, Wildly Nourished operates as a private-pay practice and is not currently accepting insurance. We anticipate accepting insurance plans in the future; however, no guarantee can be made regarding future insurance participation, network status, or reimbursement availability. Clients are responsible for all fees associated with services received. Upon request, a superbill may be provided for clients who wish to pursue potential out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and remains the responsibility of the client to verify with their insurance company.

Communication Between Sessions

Reasonable communication related to scheduling, billing, forms, and brief treatment questions may occur through approved communication channels. Extended nutrition counseling, clinical assessment, or crisis support will generally require a scheduled appointment. Messages may not be monitored continuously, and response times may vary.
